CorpMob ("we", "us") is a Dubai-headquartered corporate housing, relocation and mobility provider and a subsidiary of Kurum Group of Companies (KGC). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.corpmob.ae and our services.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, service interest, destination and message. We may also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and analytics.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver the services you request and keep you informed about your assignment. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis & sharing
We process data to take steps at your request prior to a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where a brief extends into visa, real estate, accounting or travel services, data may be shared with relevant Kurum Group of Companies (KGC) group companies and vetted local partners, under appropriate confidentiality terms.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. Subject to applicable UAE data-protection law (PDPL) and, where relevant, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
